  • Participate in requirements-gathering sessions and translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Design and support integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party applications using REST, SOAP, platform events, middleware, and other integration patterns.
  • Write clean, testable, well-documented code that follows Salesforce development best practices and established coding standards.
  • Create and maintain unit tests to meet Salesforce code-coverage requirements and support reliable deployments.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement timely fixes and improvements.
  • Support release planning, deployment activities, environment management, and change-control processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, reusable components, and Salesforce platform governance.
  • Assist with data migration, data quality, data cleansing, and ongoing data-management initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration specifications, configuration details, and deployment notes.
Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Salesforce development technologies, including:

  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.
  • Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle practices, including sandbox management, source control, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Experience using version-control tools such as Git.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, application design principles, and debugging techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in or commute to the Houston, Texas location, based on the organization’s onsite or hybrid work requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
