About the RoleAs a Community Recreation Specialist, you'll bring fun, connection, and meaningful experiences to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll plan and lead recreational activities in the community and at agency sites, helping people build skills, friendships, and confidence-all while ensuring safety and dignity.
